You would have to run an average of 12 miles per hour, as there are 12 five-minute intervals in an hour.

You can't possibly run that fast, that long:
The world record is a little less than 10s for 100m, which is 36 km/h, which is about 22 mph. Eventhough your target is 12mph, you can't rally run that fast for that long
