Most of the time, the paint doesn't leave stains. I have had white shirts get stained by yellow/bright green paint. One of my jersey's got stained once. Best thing to do, is wash the clothes as soon as you get home, and use shout or spray and wash. BTW, You don't need to buy 100's of dollars in clothes, only if you want to.

They are suppose to be able to come out with water and leave absolutely no stain, whenever you feel like washing it. However if someones using old paint, like my cousin did once, it CAN leave stains, but then again I didn't know this and was still in the cold for another 5 hours after the game was over, so that probably didn't help. If you're going to a field though, since you're joining a club, they probably won't let them use old paint, so don't worry about it.

Paint balls are made up with like a kind of vegetable oil colouring oil. The colouring doesn't leave a stain but the oil does leave grease marks

ok paint balls don't leave stains. at all. ever. they wash right off. even if you let them just sit there and dry they still wont stain your cloths. they are made so that they don't stain. the shells and oil-based "paint" on the inside are biodegradable so even plain water will take it off.
