kabar large heavy bowie vs kabar camp knife?

both are very equal and i need to know which one is better. I know my knives but this one is a hard decision. I'm leaning towards the bowie but the camp knife sounds very formidable. please help

Knives are heavy in the bowie class, your gonna have to carry all that so what is more important is to justify that weight verses a multi tool that could perform far more functions than a big knife does and with less weight.

If you are going with a knife that large, I suggest you go all the way and get a Cold Steel Kukri. It looks like a knife, and swings like a hand axe. . . Either way, Cold Steel makes some great stuff you can beat on without having to spend all your dough on a Ka-Bar.
