Should I go streaking? ?

A big group of people at my school are streaking in the park and they invited me o you think I should go? What are the punishments if I get arrested?

I mean streaking is your own personal choice, but I strongly suggest that you know how far your streaking and possibly have a back up plan. but if you do get caught by the police and your a minor, they will call your parents, and you might have to pay a fine. But if you're an adult then they could charge you with indecent exposure and you will likely have to pay a fine. i'm not quite sure if you would get locked up though. Hope this helps

It's not the arrest and punishment. It's the fact that you will have the arrest on your record forever. Every time you have to fill out an application you will encounter, "Have you ever been arrested?" Then you have to decide, do i want to risk lying on my app or tell the truth?



It's up to you, but is the risk/fun/pleasure worth the possibility of arrest and the fact that it will follow you for some unknown number of years of your life?

no, don't streak. i think its a misdemeanor, in the future when you get a job you may have to explain to a employer what the misdemeanor was about.



and if you get caught streaking, you'll be embarrassed since everyone knows who you are and what you did, you'll be tackled to the ground by about 5 cops.



the law is called indecent exposure and worst outcome is you'll get a misdemeanor on your record (establish a criminal record), and someone may sue you for indecent exposure.

If you think it would be fun and you wouldn't be uncomfortable with it, then go and have fun. You only live once. However, if you would go and just worry about getting arrested the entire time...then don't go, because it will just be a bad experience.

Especially if it is with a group.

When numbers are involved, they usually don't come down too hard on you if you are caught. Just stay away from areas frequented by small kids.
